Hey BP,

I'm looking to buy my second investment property most likely using BRRRR method. Looking to build a team of an agent/contractor/lender based primarily on Long Island. Anyone have any referrals for solid and reliable people?! Let me know, thanks!

@Andrew Reyes you should be able to do it if there is a legal ‘accessory apartment’ which there should be a separate permit for.

Any upcoming meetings? Also looking to build a solid Long Island based team (Agent, contractor, lender). Anyone have any good referrals for any of these sources that are geared toward or accommodate investors? Nassau/Suffolk bases. Thanks in advance!

Navy Federal Credit Union doesn't charge PMI. They only have 1 investment product though, 15% down/15 year term. I'm looking to buy a SFH in LI, house hack with 5% down. I also currently own a co-op in Queens. TD Bank is the only lender I've found that will do HELOCs on co-ops. I know those are someone specific situations to myself but they may be more flexible lenders. Just a thought…
