Good Evening Daniel,

My wife and I purchased property on Ambergris Caye about 10 years ago that was seller financed. That being said, it was raw land that had been subdivided from a larger scale. I know a few other individuals have purchased through partnerships as well as utilized private money. Sorry that this reply is likely not much help but I wanted to share my experience. Best of Luck!
