How important is the name of your business? Should I just keep it simple?

@Laura Yates

Hi Laura, thank you for the information. I’m a little confused my understanding was that a hard money lender normally have high interest rates of 10 to 12% I thought private lenders normally have lower interest rates with flexible loan terms depending on the lender’s preference. Are hard money lenders and private lenders the same?

@Patrick Menefee thanks for the response. At this point I’m willing to be creative so fha, conventional, usda loan it really doesn’t matter. I’m also willing to go the seller financing route as well or private lending. My key focus is to obtain my first great deal and yes I want to join the GroupMe I’m sending a message to you now.

Hi everyone, I’m a current engineering student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and I’m currently employed at my future engineering job which I’ll continue to work while I’m in school. I wanted to purchase a small multifamily triplex or fourplex in the University area near the school but there isn’t any available. I’m actually considering househacking a single family home in that area and rent out the rooms to other college students. Is that possible to do? If so is it also possible to include lease agreements? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
