For sale is 80 units spread across 9 properties all located in Gardner, Athol & Orange, MA. There are 10 commercial and 70 residential units. The properties net around $460,000 after all expenses. Cap rate of 8.8% and per unit price of $65,000. List price - $5.2 million.

Hey guys. I'm new to the Chicago area and am doing my first flip in Chicago (originally from Detroit). Can anyone recommend a good insurance agent for a flip in the Chicago area? Property is in West Pullman area.
