I'm looking for investor friendly realtor recommendations in the Phoenix, AZ area?

@Steve Vaughan currently the potential rehab of a deal. My dad's side of the family is in construction and I know roughly what I need done. What's holding me back is being able to do this out of state. I've read the feedback regarding this topic and everyone says not to do it.

So, that's where I feel if I could put together a good team that will oversee and manage the project first hand, then it would reduce the anxiety of the unknown.

Hello BP,

I'm excited to finally start this real-estate journey. I've been itching to start for a while now. I've been a long time reader of the forums and it blows my mind to find the wealth of knowledge on BP. I can say that if it wasn't for this site, I would have never decided to look into real estate investing. I'm a father of three beautiful kids and would like to spend more time with them which is my main motivation to invest in real estate.

On to the fun stuff... So, I'm interested in the muli-family rental space. I'm potentially looking to buy in the Waco, TX area to start.  Any who, thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I look forward to hearing from you all. Cheers!
