Thank you for the advice thus far. I was looking for a list of syndications that previous investors had worked with over an extending period of time, a minimum of 5-10 years. Good to know that there are professional companies that review and advise or strong syndicates to invest in. I've spoken to at least 15 syndications and this year invested in 3 thus far. I would like to have 6-9 that that I consistently stream funds through. Joe, the moderator, I've just joined the group and am a serious investor. My question is a true representation of my goal.

I've invest in several multi-family syndication in the last year but am looking for additional choices for diversification of locations and investment funds. I've seen a list of the largest options but as we know big doesn't always suggest the best. These questions are focused on investors that have an extended history of investment in this category with maybe strong existing relationships/proof of returns. Who are your go to multi-family syndications? The obvious goal is consistent strong returns. I appreciate any insight that can be provided.
