We have a 3b/2ba in Dededo that we are trying to figure out what to do with. Our longterm plan is buy and hold. How is the rental market in Dededo these days? Any thoughts on Airbnb? What’s rent for? Quick internet search shows $1500 to $2000 a month...is that about right?

That is a great idea! Looking forward to it. If you need any help setting up, let me know. I'll try and help as much as I can...I'm working a full time job plus renovating my first house (thinking it's going to be a rental). I also know some others that may be interested in attending. @Jeremy Aldridge Thank you for setting this up and getting the ball rolling. I would love to attend this but I'll be at work. I can meet up after 4:30 pm on the weekdays and any time Friday. Any chance we can do another event based on those times?

@Ryan Strickland There is one here with a guy named J Parker that meets every 4th Thursday (according to his Meetup page). I think they meet at Razoo's near Concord Mills. At least that's where I went when I attended the August meeting. There is also one in Charlotte that meets every 1st Tuesday. They meet at the Resident Culture Brewing Company. This one you can find here at www.biggerpockets.com/events. I think start time is 7 pm. The one with Concord, you listen to J Parker speak on a topic and then network at the end. The one in Charlotte, hosted by a Biggerpockets member, Chris T, is all networking. I prefer the Charlotte one. As far as I know there isn't one like this in Concord (the all networking type, no speaker) and would like to start one if you are still interested. I realize it's been four months. I didn't mean to ignore you! We already have some potentially interested people in @Natasha Jenkins, @Chris Ayers, @Jeremy Aldridge!

Any insurance recommendations for house to be flipped? Area is Concord, North Carolina. Major renovations are planned: new roof, new HVAC, tearing down walls to increase HLA, licensed contractors on the premises, and some earthwork around the house to prevent rainwater drainage going through the house foundation.
