I have a neighbor whose house I have been eyeing for some time because of how run down the property is. I’ve never met him before, but I found out today that he recently passed away. If I was still interested in this property, how do I find out when or if it becomes available and who would sell it?

@Todd Powell. I believe you are correct. They ask that all wellness and routine checks be covered out of pocket. Colonoscopy should be covered if a doctor orders it...medication, they have group discounts at CVS and Walgreens.

Health care seems to be the biggest hiccup for most people.  My day job's health plan is a joke for my family.  It was literally not an option as my paycheck would go almost entirely to paying for healthcare.  We have found Samaritans Ministries to be a excellent alternative.  There are a few caveats, as you have to be a church going professing Christian, but when my wife had our 3rd child, we didn't pay for anything out of pocket!
