cask out refi- use as down payment

Purchase a fixer upper- turn into primary home

Get lower interest and lower down payment 3% fha  because it will be a primary residence

Fix while you still live in the other

Then rent out first home

Sounds good

I guess a better way to phase it would have been "what is the best way to get something under contract" ....making offering on a lot of deals not nessecary at the same time but fully intending to follow through with each seems more appropriate

so can i make multiple offers on multiple homes to try to get something under contract and then back out if i need to during due diligence because of inspection or financing issues... Not that I want to be backing out of a bunch of deals but I feel like this is a numbers game and volume is the key getting something under contract. Am I totally wrong here?  Thoughts?

How many sellers find it necessary to cover the buyers closing costs to Close the  deal. Is this something you wait for the buyer to ask for or offer upfront
