I was just trying to figure out the costs I would have for a property the duplex is hooked up with separate meters for both units. I am pretty sure the property has city water so I didn't know if the landlord would have to foot the bill for it and then bill the tenants or the bill would go directly to the tenants.

Hello my name is David Doherty, I am 23 years old and have been really diving in to learn as much as I can about getting into real estate investing.
