Post: landlord tenant complaint records

Does anyone know how you can find out the address of the plaintiff or address of the contested property in a landlord tenant complaint? I have tried using the public records online but it doesn't seem that they list either of those addresses. If not then does anyone know of a reliable place to get that information if I only know the name?
