9.1 AC located in the heart of Texas, roughly 2 hours northwest of Austin; less than 20mi outside the charming town of San Saba. Given the niche location, size, and current lack of improvements to the property there aren’t many good comps considering all the variables. We’ve had the property listed since March of 2022, and with little immediate interest we lowered the initial asking price significantly since. I fear we missed our window coming to market to high. The local Real Estate team we’ve been working with has been great, unfortunately that area properties seem to either move in <30 days or not at all (and that’s with homes).
We currently still have a mortgage on the property and are hoping to use any proceeds from the sale towards our first SFH to get our start house hacking after paying debts down.
