Thank you again,

I was already going to ask about those REO'S. I scanned my 'Pre-foreclosure' County site and see a few that haven't been listed as foreclosures yet, dew to the Auction's delay because of Covid. But what are my chances with the CU's on finding expired listings?

Kerry Baird. What exactly is the TD Bank, TD Ameritrade? I do have a couple of Roth's I created years ago with them. Is this what you're talking about and will they pull multiple HELOC's? My credit score in good but what's is ZZZ?

Thank you so very much. I'm going to try applying at me Credit Union and a couple of others in my town. Q: In those C.U's do they have expired off market properties that I can consider for purchase?

I was told to get (3) 'HELOC' quotes but my wife said I have to apply for that type of loan BUT do I have to apply (3) times to get those other quotes also? Or is there a simply way on finding out how much I can use from a 'HELOC'?
