@Belliny Flores, Hi Belliny.  Thank you for reaching out.  It is great to have contacts of AZ before I think about making the move.  I'll definitely reach out if I have specific questions about the area.  Happy Holidays!

@Cade Olof, I appreciate the zip codes you listed.  I'll do some research on those locations and if I decide to make the move, I'll be ready.  I'll reach out if I ever make the move.  Thanks.  Happy holidays.

@Bud Gaffney, Hi Bud.  Thanks for letting me know.  Yes, I've been told that homes in that southern area will cash flow.  Because I am trying to do house hacking strategy, I prefer to buy closer to where I work, which is Northern Mass area.  That was where I spent a couple years looking and bidding with no luck.  I appreciate you replying though.  I will definitely look in the rt24 area when I get to a second investment property.  Happy holidays!

@Grant Schroeder  Hi Grant.  Thanks for reassuring me that Tucson is a great place to invest.  I have not connected with any agents out there yet, as I just recently thought of AZ when my company was advertising job positions over there.  And I figure I ask the trusty BP community first before I make any decisions.  If you have any specific areas you recommend in AZ, let me know.

@Cheng Bin Zhang Thank you for your response.  You can tell I am new to BP. Couldn't figure out how to forum post in the correct location yet.  I've been looking in Mass a bit over couple years now and working with an agent for about a year now.  As you know, the market is pretty crazy here near Boston and I am a picky guy with neighborhoods and level of turnkey-ness and floor layouts, etc.  Every single month that passes by, I just feel like I am being quickly priced out of my preferred locations here for my budget.  I figure if I could not get what I want here, I take it as a sign to explore new areas since I am not tied down yet.

Hi,

I'm doing research on decent Arizona neighborhoods to potentially invest in.  I appreciate any advice.  I am now located in Boston, Massachusetts and had been having trouble winning any bids on any decent house here.  If I cannot find anything in Massachusetts by end of spring market next year, I was thinking about potentially changing up my scenery.  My company has a location in Tucson, AZ and I could potentially transfer there for work.  I figure it will bring me closer to the west where I eventually want to end up living anyways.  If that happens, I want to buy a multi-fam to house hack in any decent neighborhoods within ~45mins drive to Tucson.  Any recommendations on nearby neighborhoods with decent tenant class and also ability to cash flow?  Is there a strong rental market in that area?  I don't know AZ well, so any suggestions will be helpful.

Thanks.
