This is a 4/2 on 2 lots that are currently being divided.

The other lot can be built on.

Property is under contract for $185K

I am asking a $7500K assignment fee for the 4/2. If you want both lots I would like a $15K assignment fee.

I have - and I have done so with agents.  What I do is I put my name and or assigns on the contract.  That works.  

I have heard that there is a way to do it on a CAR form - trying to figure that out - haven't done that yet.  Many agents that I work with allow assignment - some are skeptical of it - rightfully so.  A lot of us investors do not close with an assignment of contract.
