Long term stocks are great if you know what you are doing, but thats a big if. 

Real estate offers more stability, cashflows, and best of all - Leverage. 

I think for the average investor, real estate is far better because of that.

Real Estate investor with about 12 properties- Mainly Multifamily. Looking for some attractive bridge loan options.
