I just passed my real estate exam.

Looking for a broker  in the greater metro Atlanta area that have reasonable splits and more importantly that are investors Friendly.


Any recommendations?

Hello Brenden,

Thank you for a quick turnaround. I appreciate the input and I will definitely check out Capitus learning

 I am definitely looking to take the real estate investing more seriously, with that, getting my license is necessary. 

However after I get my license I would need someone to shadow as I get some experience under my belt.

Since you are a realtor investor. Would that be something you are interested in? If yes we could talk in greater detail about it after I get my license.

I am in Atlanta Georgia and I am fairly new to real estate investing (1 unit)

I am actively looking to add to my portfolio. It takes my realtor the major part of 1 day to get back to me on any questions I might have on the listings.

For that reason, I need to get my real estate license.


Any recommendation for good intensive course(7-10 days) in the Atlanta Area?
