@Mike Provencher now that it's been about a year, hows the CC stuff going?  Are you finding any traction there?  I know you've probably heard of it already, but we did the whole Dave Ramsey thing about 10 years ago and it's really opened up opportunities for us.

@Angie Shires - what is the median house price (roughly) in Tyler?  I was looking as some VERY affordable homes in Wichita Falls last night, but now I'm wondering about the crime rate in different areas.  I love Tyler for the piney woods and would rather spend more time in that direction if it's possible to buy something for under $150k

@Raunaq Kochar  - Are you in an area with a lot of buy and hold - 12 month leases or more short term leases?  My family has a VRBO condo in Cedar City that has been pretty great and there are a lot of snowbirds down in St. George.

@Raunaq Kochar, did you end up buying in UT?  How has that area been treating you?  I love Utah.
