Brie Schmidt I live in So Cal, but it looks like the Midwest seems like a better market for buy and hold. Looks like that will be the area I am looking at.

Looking to get started, and was curious about anybody's experience with HomeUnion. Anybody have any success stories? Or does anybody have another company that they work with that they have had a good experience in purchasing rental property? Eager for everybody's input.

@Phillip Dwyer just in Vegas in general. Is there property management that caters more to different areas of Las Vegas?

thank you @Eric Fernwood!  I have been looking at the listings available, and obviously see some lower prices ranges in certain areas (Paradise, Whitney, Winchester, Sunrise Manor, Spring Valley). I assume North Vegas would be class C. Would the other areas be class B, or would you say some of those are class C as well?
