@Tracy Scanlon

360 virtual tours are a good option. Especially with the live tour feature. Once the 360 tour is created you can send a link of the tour to your client and go live with them and show the house all from home or anywhere with a internet connection

Quick question.

I have a PA. LLC and I would like to purchase a rental property in Missouri. Will I be able to hold a MO. probably in a PA LLC but except rent transactions in a MO LLC even though the rental is own by a PA. LLC?

@Jimmy thanks man, you provided me a lot of information and things to consider

my objective is buy and hold. I’m new and just getting started out so as much info/ scenarios  I can get really helps. After reading some of these replies fix and flip could be a good option to start with but I’m really interested in buy and hold

Thanks for replying. Having some sort of scope of what to expect helps me with realistic planning. I’ll be mostly looking for single family 3bed one bath two story houses. I fear I most likely will be needing a total gut.

I have a budget of 40k for a rehab Is that enough for a Philadelphia home rehab on average? I plan on attending the sheriff sale to grab a property. I know it depends on the overall condition of the property, but  on average of i land a good deal/prop would 40k be enough?

I have a Heloc on a property that I own. My question is am I able to transfer this property that I own into my holding company and still be able to use my heloc without any issues. Or does transfering with property void my heloc? I’m sure this question is a question for my bank but off anyone has any info on this situation it will be very much appreciated. My heloc is with Wells Fargo if this helps.
