@Matt McConkey I’m sorry that reads incorrectly...$10,000 was what I put down up front, there was actually 30k of rehab work put in it

There seems to be a lot of negative comments about Cahokia. I have a brother who has several properties in Cahokia and he has done EXTREMELY well. He’s paid cash for all of them, the tenants take care of the homes, and he’s obviously cash flowing very well

@Mason Hickman the answer is yes to both of your questions. He’s getting it based on the appraised value prior to the rehab and he’s able to take up to 100% out, although I don’t think he would need to take out the entire 100% to buy his next deal. He’s getting pretty good off market deals.

@Martin Neal he’s getting the entire 35k, and yes you’re right, he does have the agreement with the bank. Pretty sweet deal. So no money out of pocket.
