Hey everyone!

Would love to hear your thoughts on a couple of questions.

1. If you could fully automate any property task, what would it be?

Would it be maintenance requests, tenant screening, lease management, or something else? Goal would be to reduce manual work and time intensive tasks

2. What would you like to know about your property using AI / data analysis?

Would insights into real-time tenant behavior, preferences, and sentiment be valuable? Or perhaps detailed property intelligence like predictive maintenance needs and market trend analysis?

I'm interested in hearing about the ways property managers are leveraging technology to boost tenant satisfaction. Beyond the usual maintenance requests and communication tools, are there any innovative technologies or apps you've implemented that have significantly improved the tenant experience?

For example, have you used smart home devices, community engagement platforms, or data analytics to better understand and meet tenant needs?

Hi @Nathan Gesner thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it!  I see you're based in Cody, WY.  I grew up in Wyoming - Gillette / Newcastle.

I'm curious about your thoughts on using AI to fully automate maintenance requests, including renter requests, troubleshooting, and appointment scheduling, while providing personalized communication to residents.

Would you consider trying such a solution? What do you think are the potential benefits and drawbacks?

How big of an issue are maintenance requests from residents in terms of time, cost and resident frustration?  I assume the challenge and cost increases with the number of homes / units but wanted to get a sense of how big of a challenge this is.

It seems the current solution is for the resident to call a contact center or go through a portal - anything I'm missing?

Thanks!
