I'm pretty sure I can get you a list of non owner occupied in those categories as well as ones that are being rented already. The list would come with all the phone numbers and emails available for each one but I can't guarantee they will all work. Many should though. Btw, it would be far, far less than what you are willing to pay per lead. If this is what you want, let me know and I'll see how many are available.

Zillow is buying houses now and that eliminates the need to find a buyer. My problem is how to get a property Zillow wants to buy and just send it to them for a profit. An assignment fee or double close for more or whatever. I have NEVER found anyone doing this yet that has a course on it. I sure would like to learn how to do it. Does anybody out there know how to do this profitably?
