Looking at a potential commercial property, appears to be overpriced, has been empty for a very long time, and on the market for over a hundred sixty days they will not send disclosure.. have looked at the building I have some concerns about roof stuff like that.. we've asked them several times for at least 7 days for disclosure. They do answer the phone but they don't send us any information on the property. Has anybody else ran into something like this before? is it because they cannot find the disclosure or they just don't have one? I'm not feeling comfortable to put an offer in on a building when I have not seen the disclosure.. what should my next move be?
