I am getting ready to close on my first multi family property and wondered if anyone had a knowledgeable insurance agent that deals with multi family properties in the Toledo, OH area. The first quote I received is a little higher than I was expecting. Thanks for all of your help!

I am an investor in the Toledo, OH area. I have purchased single family houses to buy and hold in the past. I am interested in purchasing a multifamily unit from 4 units to 25 units. Please let me know if you have anything you are looking to sell.

I have been buying single family homes and I am now going to try the apartment side, Any advice on questions to ask apartment owners when going door to door asking if they are interested in selling?

Can anyone tell me the basics of the tax requirements when flipping a house if I immediately reinvest the money into another flip? Or how the whole process works and what's the best avenue to take with it.
