Post: Changing insurance carriers

I recently got hosed on an insurance claim with State Farm and I’m looking to make a change. In getting other quotes www.policygenius.com was no help because they told me that I already had the cheapest, and I got a quote from USAA and it ended up being double. I’m looking for home owners and rental dwelling insurance that has good customer service and actually pays out when there is a legit claim but isn’t double what I’m currently paying.

Advice? Has anyone had good luck with Amica?

@Brian J Allen

Thanks, that would be great. Do you have any availability to chat on Tuesday morning?

Hi all, I’m new to BP and hoping to get some advice.

I've got a couple of single family homes in the Worcester area and looking to expand but my current property management company is pretty bare bones and I'm feeling like I have to micromanage my management company. As such, I'm apprehensive about adding any more because I haven't yet built a solid team. I'd love to get some recommendations on a professional property management company that treats properties like investments rather than hands off commissions. Also, interested in a management company that can help me identify, acquire and manage BRRRR properties.

I know it’s a tall order, but does anyone know of anyone who can help point me in the right direction?
