This may be redundant but, what is the best course of action to get into real estate investing with not money to put down and not much income coming in?  Are there ways to get more than the amount of the deal to help pay for fix up costs?

I  will be moving to the Eastern Shore of MD, Stevensville.  I would like to start investing in real estate but in the mean time need to make money and so I am looking for any investors in the area or who have projects in the area, to work for.  I have experience in flipping as have done it in the past.
