Thanks @Rick Baggenstoss I appreciate you reaching out. I'm in Decatur from time to time. Next time I'm around I'll shoot you a note, maybe we can grab a cup of coffee.

Best,

Dave

@Joe Fairless I'll be bouncing around between different groups over a few months starting with Development and Project Management. More details to come once I receive more info.

@Andrew Cordle I appreciate the great info.

Hi BP,

I've been listening to the BP podcasts for about a month and have decided its time to invest some time on BP. I'm looking to expand my knowledge as I start a new career in real estate investing. I have a fixed income investing background, but left the cube behind to hike the Appalachian Trail and start a new career.

I worked as a Firefighter and EMT through college then moved back to Atlanta to enter corporate America.

I was introduced to real estate investing in 2010 when my father purchased a buy and hold rental. I enjoyed learning about real estate and knew it was only a matter of time before I jumped in.

I've always been interested in single family flipping and will likely start there, but my goal is to move into multifamily buy and hold investments as I grow. I'll be taking the Georgia real estate license exam before the end of the year, and will be starting an internship at a local multifamily investment shop in January.

Newbie from Roswell, Georgia. Looking to expand my knowledge as I start a new career in real estate investing. I have a fixed income investing background, but recently left the cube behind to hike the Appalachian Trail and start a new career. I've always been interested in flipping and will likely start there, however I look forward to expanding my knowledge in other areas.
