On October 06,15 I've put some bandit signs in Norwalk CT on light poles, today is oct.09, only couple days ago. I have a phone a warning call from the city of Norwalk to remove it immediately. Guy was very nice in explain it to me to why to remove them, but it's frustating. Does Bigger Pockets has any sugestion, if this is just an empty treat?  in any event I am thinging in removing only couple. your is your input bigger pockets. we learn all over sites and even on BP to put bandit signs. Also he said not even on highway exits. all prohibit!

Thanks Devan for your input.

1. This is a fictional number. Yes! closing cost, fees, etc, etc. lets say then, house was worth 140.000. but my point is this would be a deal, every body involved is happy.

how about adding a answer 5

2. it's hard to foreclosure. OK

3. Yes! but Know thanks, could take too much time. OK

4. could do double close, but maybe 60 to 90 days seasoning period. Ok

5. what kind of situation them to do the deal to close in 30 days, or should I say ...shortest amount of time and done with it . ?
