Hey I'm looking to purchase my first two family apartment building but I'm looking for a Hard Money loan or private money to fund the acquisition and rehab. Is that possible? And if so which lenders that lend in New Jersey do so?

Hi I'm currently looking to get into fixing and flipping. I'm currently 18, and I'm looking for a hard money lender to lend to new flippers. Is that possible to get a lender to lend to somebody that young? I'm really trying to build my real estate investment business ASAP..

If I'm currently Co-Wholesaling a deal with a fellow investor and I have a JV(Joint Venture) Contract do I have to show up to closing? Or will the title company mail my check? I'm the investor that brought the cash buyer to the table, not the main investor.
