like you I was excited about the terms and the low interest.  I don't have good feeling about signing away my God given rights to how I operate my business. the language is fiercely intimidating .  As for me I will pass on this loan.

@Jennifer Brown. Consider Greg gentiles at suntrust or Marc at cornerstone bank I have done 15 percent down on my invest properties. Rates were 4.7 to 5.3

thumps down .. nothing beats youtube  and reading over a 100 bucks on a subject.  as the good book says use what's in your hands(reference to Moses).  pulled equity from my owner occupied home and now have  5 single family rentals all without giving away my family's wealth( on a 5 figure salary).  wont judge anyone, but frankly sometimes all we need is a little faith and some  action and God can multiply our efforts.

Michael ealy. I really enjoy your post. Its truly inspiring to see a face to this level of wealth. I'm convince single family is tedious process in the pursuit of wealth building. but I can't complain because I'm averaging 15 percent or more in returns. I have yet to see the incentive to transition in the unknown call multifamily. But I'm really proud of u. Big up and God's blessings
