Jennifer, thanks for the reply. It seems like there is an opportunity for some clever person to create such a website! I agree that Trulia is a pretty good site. I am not familiar with rentometer, but I will check it out. Thanks.

I know that every property is unique, but what have you found to be the best website for general analysis of prices vs. rents? Is there any website that does this on a neighborhood-by-neighborhood basis?
