I've heard of some conversions into studio apts.

Yesterday was a travel day for me. Looks like I missed some interaction. As a "newbie" I also seek guidance, mentoring, education & the occasional seminar. I'm very cautious and search the good and the bad. There have been a few MHP guys that have talked with me with no fees to do so. In the long run I do not believe my interest will be in ownership of MHPs. I'm looking to be well informed in a few areas and MHPs is one of them. I am "bird dogging" some with a couple of investors I like to deal with. In one of these posts it was referenced that my original question was available/limited amount of parks. Yes this is why I asked.

Ronald, great response and thanks. The original question was more of a curiosity than anything else. As far as the question of "seminars" or "gurus". I've not spent a dime on any of those. Yes I am new and exciting m proceeding slowly with plans of financial independence. Also, I specialize in meeting people face to face and enjoy sales.

This is more of a curious question. Recently I've had the chance to speak to a couple of the "big hitters" in the mobile home park industry. As I have asked them I want to ask BP. What are your thoughts on this market being too crowded?

When looking at many of the "newbie" self introductions it seems wordy to me. I'm not here to try and impress anyone. I am here to seek out solid relationships with others that are positive and anxious to succeed. My current job has me traveling a lot. I do live in NE Florida but travel nationwide. The majority of my visits are in Fl, Ga, NC & SC.
