Hi All,

I was a loan originator for a few years until the market crashed. For the past year I've been working on about a half dozen short sales - NONE of which have closed.

I'd like to keep plugging away at short sales as well as look at subject to and wholesaling to start. Once I have some cash reserves I'd love to do green rehabs on multi-family units and hold them.

I am definitely looking for a mentor who is willing to help me get going quickly.

I will be moving to Portland in a few months, but i have no idea what the market is like there or what any of the laws are regarding contacting/marketing to pre-foreclosures.
