tired of running 3-4 pieces of software. Was hoping to find a good Prop Mgt software, that a least had functionality/modules to take a property from acquisition/rehab/refi to rent.

i could keep our flips and new construction separate, but it seems crazy that none of the software companies have built same. We are paying 300-500 p/mth for additional software they could be capturing. made this search 3x of the last 8 years, couldnt find anything.  please let me know if u have any suggestions

Anybody out there have any good advice for finding a good software accounting package that can manage both property management as well as renovations/rehabs and occasionally new construction? Currently using rent manager (love it) for property management, buildertrend which has no general Ledger for construction management (solid program), and a crazy combination of QuickBooks and spreadsheets to make it all work. Since the BRRRR It's such a popular model, and is also done with large and small multi families, I would think that somebody would have developed a way to keep all the numbers, bank accounts, activities and business management all-in-one package. looked for this a couple years ago and couldn't find anything. Curious if anybody has any advice

Looking for some advice on what if any pricing plan would be beneficial to myself and my company. We have a small company that does rentals and flips in South Jersey and Philly and we've already picked and using our rental management software (rent manager) and our flipping/new construction software (builder trend) and wondering what benefits each plan do for us. Came across a need because I was trying to do an advanced search on hard money lenders referrals and it seems that we need some type of paid membership just to properly search the forums. Were fairly experienced but the biggest area we are probably going to need help in is rebuilding our deal machine and possibly some networking to find deals. Could any of the professionals on the site make recommendation what type membership will be most beneficial? Don't mind spending the money but don't feel like signing up for another monthly payment that we use three times a year. Any and all advice would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you

New to bigger pockets. Looking for help finding simple pro forms software to analyze business model consisting of purchasing 5-10 single urban homes one at a tIme, rehabbing and renting all using line of credit and cash, the packaging in a bundle and refinancing for 5-15 year hold. Would like to be able to tweak appreciation, interest/debt service, operating costs. Already doing this with cash but would like to scale. Philly area. Any suggestions?
