Has anyone dealt with Aloha Capital? Every time I tried to get in touch, no answer or message. Any lenders similar?

Hey Dave,
I’m actually an agent and investor in Bristol Borough. I’ve been investing there since 2017. Multifamily properties are definitely hard to come by that make sense as a deal. When they do pop up, you have to be quick. However, that is what I’ve specialized so I’d be happy to help however I can. As an agent I work in the surrounding Bristol area (i.e. Bensalem, Croydon, Levittown, Langhorne, etc.). If you’re up for it, we can meet up one day and chat!
Yeah, absolutely! Let me know what day is good for you

@Spence Kal
The property was built in 1947, One of the units was fully renovated.
A new roof, windows, heater, siding, interior exterior doors were replaced.
The property is listed for 97,500,
on BP’s insights Rent estimator properties are going for about 1,800 Per unit. Not exactly sure how the area is going. I’m still lacking factor in numbers
