Hello all,

I'm trying to connect with other investors and real estate professionals in the Fort Myers area.  Biggest questions I have are what to expect for expenses investing in that area such as insurance cost, pest control, vacancy rates, general areas to avoid etc.

Thanks in advance!

Dave

Thanks David, I posted there but my listing has been "Under Review" for a day or two.  How long did it take for you?

@John Warren I have a tenant who moved in in August, paid first month and hasn't paid since.  She hasn't responded to any outreach in the last month.  There is really nothing I can do about this? Is there nothing the tenant has to do to prove hardship or job loss or anything?  Seems ridiculous landlords are left holding the bag with no recourse at all indefinitely.
