Hi @Dat Lambert

Welcome to BiggerPocket Forum!!  I am sorry that no one has responded to your question for 26 days! :(

I don't have any personal recommendations, but I can point to a good starting point. If I were you, I would also search members in BP in parallel while waiting for replies in your thread. You might already know this, but there are tabs at the top of the BP website. For example, search for "NETWORK" -> "Members" under "search." Then, search for "CPA."  This is the result I pulled Here.  The result has some "filters," and hopefully, this will lead to some members in BP!

Good luck in finding and networking! :)

What is the best way to find a CPA when first starting out?

I want to learn more about the cost of hiring one and the time they are willing to spend on a business. Ex: book keeping, accounting etc.

Thank you

Quote from @Cliff Benner:

Yes. DSCR Loans allow your LLC to own it and still have a 30 year loan, some are starting to be 40 year loans too.

@Nick Belsky is my mortgage broker, he helped get my rental refinanced into a DSCR Loan, through my LLC.

Thank you for that information!

You would use a DSCR loan to refinance into your 30 year

Thank you. So if I kept my property in an LLC, I can refinance using a DSCR loan?

Hello all,

When doing the BRRRR method with hard money lenders as financing, I am aware that they typically require an LLC. How will the refinance process of BRRRR work in this scenario? I am aware of commercial/portfolio loans to do so. Are these the best/only two options to use?

Thank you

I am a brand new investor. What is the best way to research a market/markets to understand it better?
