Thank you Mike! do you know if there are any other options for me to leverage the equity I have on those properties to use it to invest here in the US instead? 

My parents and I own some property in the Dominican Republic and I want to see if i can get a HELOC on some property to buy rental properties in the USA, where we live. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how can we go about doing this?
