@Denise Evans Are you allowed to make preservations or permanent improvements on these properties? I just bought a few properties from this 2021 tax sale through govease.com. Also I looked on mobile country website and it say you can do this. Is this old information?

Referee Process - Can Someone explain what happens after? So if the process gets to a referee and we agree on a price. Then what? What are the next steps?

Hey, so I want to buy some land that is up for sale via tax deed. Do I have the same rights as properties. For example if this is a tax deed property, I have to wait 3 years before i can quite the title? I think I may have saw the answer on one of Denise Evans responses but i can not find it now. I just wanted to make sure before I buy this tax deed for this property and I have to file an ejectment law suit before my time starts.
