This can be tough going even when the law is on your side. Rules are already in place on most states and counties.  Enforcement of these rules and someone having to make a decision to get a person or family out a home is where things stall. If the deal is really good, you may have to get creative and offer the person(s) a few dollars to leave the premises. Good luck!
