@Jason Burnham yes that is correct. @Brent Coombs I put 150k because I was being a bit conservative. When I go to refinance and pay back my lender I wanted to be sure I could cover the loan. If it turns out it’s worth 160k after repair, then that works for me. Total rental income is 1900. Each duplex should rent for 950

can anyone help me

@James Stevens I am interested in wholesaling to start and I want to eventually get into rehabbing. I want to build some experience first. I want to build a private lender’s list to help with rehabs that I want to do exclusively.

I live in central Texas, more specially in Temple Texas. I would like to speak with investors/mentors about investing in real estate. I am highly motivated and I am easy to teach. I understand my “why” fully, and I’m excited about the possibly of being financial free.

Hello BP community,

I ama new investor, and am highly motivated to learn everything I can. One thing that has me confused is knowing what to offer a buyer on a wholesale deal. I do not know how much the owner owes and I do not know how to check that information. The sellers’ realtor told me he could not disclose that information, so if anyone could help me or give me some tips it would greatly appreciated.
