I'm very interested in RE, but I always thought that you must have thousands of Euros to invest in RE. I'm glad that isn't true at all, well it makes it a lot easier but it isn't a must.
I'm still looking for good deals. I think I found one appartment 2bedroom/1 bathroom and thanks to the calculator I could see that the figures make sense! I'll keep the community posted on this one ;-)
My strategy will be, at first, buy and hold for the positive cash flow..
Bigger Pockets already helped me.. The calculator, the PodCasts (Good job Josh & Brandon).. I start reading the starters guide.. so enough information to absorb :D and maybe in the future I will find partners here to invest in bigger properties..
Why Real Estate?? Look here in the Netherlands people of my age, well most of them, are still sleeping and still believe in job security and all the ********... Well I don't! I've got a good job. But I would like to have a plan B plus my son is on his way so I need some security for me and my family..
