Hey guys another collective thank you to all who have welcomed me! I really appreciate it! I did have a question that I was hoping someone could clear up for me. What is the correct order to start when wholesaling (is there a correct order)?Meaning should I find the property first or should I get a loan or find a hard money lender and then find the property?
