Hello

Recently I have decided to invest in small apartment buildings. I understand that you can do mailings ---- however, I would like to talk to them. I am effective on the phone and to work my plan I need to talk to the owner.

I have been told that I shouldn't call these people out of the blue because of the Do Not Call Registry. Anyone have any ideas as to how to reach an owner by phone?

thanks

Darrol

My name is Darrol Phillips. I am new to real estate but have read 20 to 30 books on it. I retired early from the auto industry and looking at real estate as my second career. I have been talking to my son who has been doing well in commercial real estate and he suggested I get on Bigger Pockets. My goal is to work in commercial real estate and work with and learn from my son—it’s his turn to teach and share the knowledge.

Looking forward to learning and meeting new people.

thanks
