Ok, let's begin. Currently, I am looking at properties in the Philadelphia, Pa region I have a few properties that I am considering. My first step has been to contact a real estate broker in the area that was the easy part now is where it is starting to get difficult. Problem one- my strategy is to use hard money lending for my first few deals, where in the h e double hockey sticks do I find one? The second problem is with all the research I have done I still do not fully understand going in to contract on a deal. They say the hardest deal is the first one, therefore, I would like to get started with the process as soon as possible. Finally to help all understand a little more about the strategy, simply put it is the brrr strategy I am trying to implement. Thank for all the replies in advance

Eager Newbie!

Just wanted to introduce myself, and didn't really know how so here you go. My name is Darrin Jackson I am the owner of a small video production company that specializes in realtor listings. Currently, I am living in New York but plan to be moving to El Paso, TX shortly. At this time my greatest focus is to gain as much education as possible so I can move forward with my first house hack within the next 12 months.
