Hi all, I'm an investor in Florida, and I'd like to create a mailer to multifamily owners to purchase a property. I have a great letter to work with, but how does one create the mailing list? Are these lists available for purchase, or do you have to research on your own? If so, how does one do that effectively?

Hi, I'm seeking an Orlando multi unit investment. Any tips on where to look? I'm looking for 2 to 4 units, up to $600k. Thank you in advance.

@JR T. Orlando isn't bad, but there aren't really strong investment opportunities here like Detroit. Trying to just invest in something with better ROIs.

Thanks for the great feedback. I'm researching now, really appreciate your insights. I think I'm going to take a trip up there and see what's on the ground. I do want to invest there, but seems like the overriding message is see what's happening in the neighborhood before dropping money. Thanks again all. 

@Brian Sullivan, thanks so much for the great insights, I've started to research more people "on the ground," that is a reoccuring theme I've heard. I'm not afraid of the risk, but do want to make an educated decision, I think educated risky decisions are where true investment gains are made. Thanks again. 

@Mike Carino thanks for the insights, I've heard that also about certain blocks. The block that I'm looking at looks decent, but the block next to it not so much.
