Any tips for out of state investor Trying to find wholesalers or off market deals in SW Florida (Port Charlotte, North Point) and Ocala. Would like to connect with other investors to create a networking of some sort. Has anyone had any good experiences with wholesalers in Florida, multiple web page listings for them do you just apply to every web page on wholesalers and see what they throw at you. With the way the RE market is booming in Florida it was 20-30k difference between buying an existing property or purchasing a new build. So last week we pulled the trigger and bought a new duplex and that makes 3 doors for us now. Thanks for any advice or tips 👍🏻🍻

Looking at SFR on Zillow and Realtor.com and keep seeing a lot of pre-foreclosures, anyone have experience with purchasing or pursuing them. With everything going on with the world today I'm wondering if this will increase.TIA

Looking at new builds in Ocala and Port Charlotte areas also wasn’t that impressed with the numbers but it would be a safe start for me. 3/2 for $165000🤷‍♂️

So feeling a little frustrated today, I’m a newbie I’ve found my market area, have funds available and landed an agent that works with investors or so I thought. Long story short I’ve been working with agent for 3 days now and he tells me today he’s too busy to take care of me and would set me up with another agent.So the manager calls me and tells that they wont do any lower than asking price offers, send proof of funds or pre approval and they would get back to me and hangs up. WTH !! Any good tips for vetting an agent working in Ocala Florida. Thanks thats my rant for the day !🍻

We are partners already in the commercial property, but you cant do a heloc while in a LLC. Once we get funds then we will have our LLC in place. Still have a lot to learn
