@Charles A Munk, I agree, was in that area 2 weeks ago. That whole Deltona through Deland corridor interests me. I Looked at few SFH's in Deltona but numbers didn't work. Look forward to landing a deal in that area soon. Have friends and family living in Deland as well as Debary. What kind of properties are you targeting? Charles go ahead and connect with me.

Hey BP, New to the Bigger Pockets forum. Looking to connect with Section 8 Investor/Land Lords in the Orlando area. Look forward to learning aliitle more from other Investors that are currently operating in this space. Have a few questions and hoping to trigger a thread that draws this target audience. Would appreciate your help in getting this thread up and moving.

@Robert Kirkley Hello my friend, thank you for getting this thread up and moving. Was out in Deltona and Orange City a week or two ago to look around. Price's are climbing as well as the market continues to thrive. There are deals but you need to dig for them. Stick to that 1% rule. If the deal doesn't make sense, walk away. In our current market, prices are high for investors and it can be a challenge for a great return. Be patient. Your money is made when you purchase. So buy right. I saw a few multifamily (Duplex) properties over in East Orlando that I am looking into but they are priced little to high. We will see.Looking to connect with Section 8 Landlords as this space interests me. Also would ask the group to comment on area's in or around the out skirts of Orlando that they are seeing great results. Just reading through this thread and the last post was 2 years ago. Great subject for discussion. Was hoping to get it started again.

So East Orlando, UCF and out near the airport are great area's but getting expensive. Many of metioned Deltona, Debary, Orange City and Deland. What are your thoughts?

Looking to connect with Orlando Section 8 investor/landlords as this space really interests me.
