thanks @Travis wylie @Trey Kunkel @David Krulac, i did read that several of the PA state schools have dipped down in enrollment in recent years- granted up until the past couple of years state schools had steady growth. Overall, was looking to get a general feel on the market, specifically whether or not majority of students lived off campus vs on. Regarding other south-east PA towns any other suggestions, i.e Harrisburg, York, Gettysburg, Millersville etc

Greetings BP,

Is anyone familiar with the Shippensburg, PA rental market? Specifically if it is a good market to invest in for a buy-hold strategy. I see some multi-fams on the market and was wondering if it is a good market to invest? I live in Baltimore, so only about 1 1/2 hour drive for me.

cherry hill absolutely not! check out the surrounding areas of JH hospital. Still a rough area, but a lot of recent investment activity and has the stability of a world renowned teaching hospital that always has residents/fellows rotating in.

Hello,

In the next month I will be closing on a property in Baltimore which I would like to do a historic renovation/CHAP tax credit. Need some advice on where to grab the required wood/composite wrapped windows at a reasonable price. Property is EOG and I need about 20 windows in all including the smaller basement windows. Also, I may potentially be looking to update the current cornice on the front of the house so any recommendations there would be wonderful.
